    The minister and organisation have no regard for the spiritual, emotional and historical significances of the building to the community. This is a disgrace.

    The families raised the funds after many young men in the community perished in the war. The church was built as a place of worship and solace and was considered to be a much needed place of healing.

    Given the Minister is pushing for the demolition of the building that was built with funds raised by members of the rural community after World War One , I have no respect for the church or this minister and would not attend a service if I was paid to do so .
